Field Day for Annaleise and Jeremy

Jeremy and Annaleise had a great time at Field Day. They played tag, hoola-hoop, jumprope, and basketball. I 'm not sure they realized that this was a special day -- it seemed like recess to them!

Mother's Day

What a wonderful Mother's Day! The kids were very excited for me to open their gifts. Elijah made a ceramic wall hanging for me and gave me a planted flower. I had an entire bag full of pictures and drawings that he had worked all week on. He even made me a paper tiara with a matching paper diamond ring! All day they said "Happy Mother's Day!" with an occasional "Happy Birthday Mom!" :)

Mother's Day books

Annaleise and Jeremy each made me a book. I love how Annaleise draws me with high heels, 3 purses, rosy cheeks and eyebrows.

Hunting for Eggs

We woke up Saturday morning to hunt for our colored eggs that the Easter Bunny hid last night. Annaleise and Jeremy were able to spot a few eggs from the back window. They could hardly wait until everyone woke up!
