Tola met Annaleise and Jeremy today. Jeremy asked Tola if he was there to drive all of us home. He knows it's just a matter of days before he gets to leave with his momma and papa.
Nice hats! It reminds me of that saying in one of our favorite Dr Seuss' books - Go Dog Go. "Do you like my hat?"
Things are coming together nicely here at home. It's been much easier than I ever imagined because of the assistance and overwhelming generosity of so many. I can't tell you how many people that I've shared your 'adventure' with (OK - pretty much anyone that will listen to me!). Almost all of them are in awe (my story telling skills?!!) and want to know how they can help. So of course, my first response is to ask them to pray for all of you. In addition to the prayers, many have donated clothing, toys, and furniture. The two of you will be truly touched by the generosity of so many.
So we just want to say to our friends, coworkers, Boy Scout Pack 136, and the many church congregations that have Rick, Melissa, and the children on their prayer lists - THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
